Every Nestlio suite is physically inspected and certified before listing. Photos are authentic — no surprises on arrival.
All transactions processed via Razorpay — PCI-DSS compliant. Your payment is held in escrow and released to hosts only after successful check-in.
No stranger can book. Every guest is a verified resident of the same society, named on the booking, with condition photographs recorded before and after the stay.
Both residents and guests can rate each other after every booking. Poor ratings restrict future bookings — keeping standards high for everyone.

Answer six questions about your flat — society, size, floor, facing and amenities. Our pricing model gives you an instant estimate, then NestLio inspects the flat and confirms your rate, so the price reflects the actual home rather than a guess.
You photograph the flat from the app, guided shot by shot. NestLio then visits, runs a 50-point check against our listing standard, and helps you fit a smart lock so guests never need a physical key. Anything the check flags stays yours to fix before you go live.
Your suite goes live to residents of your society. You approve event bookings; stays confirm instantly. Cleaning, check-in and catering are NestCare services you can switch on per booking if you would rather not do them yourself.

What NestLio actually guarantees — and what stays with you
Every guest is a verified resident of your own society, or their approved guest. No strangers in your building.
NestLio takes no deposit from residents, so there is nothing to argue about returning. Each booking carries the resident’s name and flat, and they remain liable for damage they or their guests cause.
Condition photographs are recorded around every booking, so damage is evidenced rather than argued about.
Side deals are not permitted. That protects your record of who was in your flat, and your payout.
Going home for a wedding? Block the dates and nothing can be booked. Your flat is still yours.
Paid every Monday with a statement showing bookings, commission, GST and net.
